Do you find yourself bored sometimes, sitting at the computer and not sure what to search for on the web? What to read? What kind of pictures to see? That's exactly what I was doing when I thought "wouldnt it be nice to put together something that inspires people." Some tips:
Make sure you are aware of your family members’ medical histories in regards to genetically-transmitted conditions such as heart disease, cancer, high cholesterol and diabetes. It’s important to take notes and keep the information on hand for your personal reference and to share it with your doctor. It will also be useful for your children later on.




Feeling tense? Take five minutes to massage your shoulders, arms, hands, and even feet, to help yourself relax. Use your fingers to poke, stroke, and prod your shoulders, arms, and feet—you can even make a fist to apply more pressure. For hands, massage each finger using the opposite hand. Repeat as often as needed!
When doing hot yoga, be sure to wear the proper clothing. Avoid baggy clothes or items made of 100% cotton, as they will stick to your body as you work up a sweat. Look for yoga wear that will dry quickly, are lightweight, breathable and sweat-wicking. Fabrics such as rayon or a cotton/spandex blend are your best bets as they will help you to stay comfortable as you move from pose to pose.
